Air compressor is a relatively precise power machine, which plays an important role in the production process. Therefore, the air compressor should be carefully operated and carefully maintained to ensure safe operation. So what are the responsibilities of air compressor operators?

A. The idea of managing the machine must be established, and the air compressor and its auxiliary equipment must be taken seriously.
B. Familiar with the structure, function principle and performance of air compressors, and master their safe operation regulations and related knowledge of auxiliary equipment.
C. Familiar with operation technology and safety technology, do well in equipment acceptance and preparation before driving and parking.
D. Watch, listen, touch, check, and adjust frequently during operation.
E. Familiar with the failure phenomenon of the air compressor, its causes and troubleshooting methods, if an abnormal situation is found, the cause should be found quickly, and measures should be taken to quickly eliminate the failure.
F. Be responsible for filling in machine operation records seriously.
G. Do a good job in the safety and sanitation of the computer room, and do a good job of shifting shifts. Personnel who are not in the room are prohibited from entering the computer room.
H. Strive to improve the reliability of compressor operation and the supply of air volume to achieve safe operation.
